Returns Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund (depending on the circumstances).
All returned items must be:
- In brand new, unused condition
- In their original, unmarked packaging
- With all tags, accessories, and labels attached
- Free from any signs of wear, marks, or use
We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item does not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item

Contact us first to arrange your return. This helps us track your package and speed up processing.
Email details are on your invoice or on our website’s contact us page.

Pack the item carefully in its original packaging (if possible) and include your invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

Post it back to the address we provided when you contacted us using a tracked courier service. We recommend keeping your tracking number as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Warranty Returns: We’ll arrange shipping for you at our cost once the issue has been approved under warranty.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size: You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Credits, Refunds & Exchanges
- For eligible returns, we’ll do our best to exchange your item for the correct size or product.
- If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll offer a store credit or refund (less any shipping costs).
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for processing after we receive your return.
If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including providing repair, replacement, or refund options as appropriate.
Additional Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted for online purchases only.
- Returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or other intimate items.
- Items that show signs of wear or use (including marks, dirt, or removed tags) will not be accepted for return.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
